Doors that felt shut start opening. A weight off your shoulders you didn't know you were carrying. Magnetic, clear, calm.

I’m an Overe© practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology with a curiosity for the nervous system, energy psychology & intuition. My work is grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves begins by peeling back the layers to make sense of the patterns, stress and experiences that have shaped the way we think, feel and move through life.
